Interest Rates Are Up!
February saw national, long-term mortgage rates jump to their highest point in nearly four years. On average, a 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage rose to 4.38 % this week–its highest since April 2014. Between increasing interest rates and shrinking inventory, it’ll be interesting to see how the market and buyers respond.
