Creative, perceptive, and highly motivated, Molly Harris has been cultivating real estate skills her entire life. Molly comes from the fashion world, gaining extensive experience in sales, customer service and marketing. Her ability to detect trends, highlight selling points, and genuinely connect with people, proves invaluable to her clients.
Molly has been a resident of Winter Park for eight years, but is a Florida native who has lived throughout the state since her college years. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Florida State University, an educational arc that took her into the fast-paced New York City fashion industry, where she worked at the corporate offices of Ann Inc. LOFT as a Merchandiser. In this position, Molly gained incomparable retail experience. She learned how to understand and interpret data and analytical logistics of a major retail corporation, and how to employ effective strategies to drive sales and achieve company-wide success. Molly was soon recruited back to Florida by HSN to work at their headquarters in St. Petersburg as a Digital Merchandiser. She oversaw the entire business side of the apparel department, developing an aptitude for efficient project management. When life relocated Molly to Winter Park, a transition into the real estate industry was a natural extension of her previous experience.
Molly’s educational and work background in marketing, the retail fashion industry, management, positioning, and merchandizing, makes her uniquely qualified to work with sellers to professionally promote, position, and merchandize their property to achieve its highest potential value, while also helping buyers locate the perfect property and smooth closings. She strives to personally connect with clients, understanding their requests and goals, and she provides clients with a full-service experience that eases the buying and selling process. Throughout her career, Molly has worked alongside real estate veterans, so she knows what it takes to make sales happen for both sides of the transaction—going above and beyond to ensure her clients are not only satisfied, but excited.
Apart from real estate, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, experiencing the local excitement of the Winter Park community and playing tennis with her team.
