Born and raised in historic downtown Orlando, Matias has witnessed the incredible growth and transformation of the city over the years. He knows which areas are the next up and coming neighborhoods; he can advise on local schools and sporting clubs; and he can connect his clients with home inspectors, property managers, contractors, and more. Through every transaction, he strives to be an advocate for his clients, educating them along the way and helping them make informed decisions.

As the son of immigrant parents, Matias is a first generation American—an experience that has instilled within him ambition, persistence, and a competitive spirit. His work ethic drives him to continually learn and seek new opportunities. He has assisted with renovation projects, picking up a variety of skills, such as plumbing, permitting, and recognizing property potential. And his fluency in Spanish and English is helpful to individuals who are new to the area.

Currently, Matias is enrolled at the University of Central Florida, where he is studying marketing and sales. In his free time, he enjoys playing on an intramural soccer team, working on cars, and spending time with his friends and family. Determined to be the best real estate agent he can be, Matias is always available to help in any way he can.
