Known for being both analytical and a great negotiator, Lou Supowitz is a prominent real estate agent who is committed to superior client service. A resident of Central Florida since 1986, Lou has been involved in the investment and management of rental properties here and in Pennsylvania for over 25 years. He has extensive experience in serving both sides of real estate transactions, striving to create a stress-free and transparent process for both parties.

Before joining the team of Kelly Price & Company, Lou was Director of Advertising Sales and Marketing for the ABC, Fox, and CBS television stations in Orlando. He was Regional Brand Manager for AOL during the AOL/Time Warner merger. Therefore, Lou is a master of marketing, using the most effective promotional tools to develop personalized solutions for each client.

In addition to real estate, Lou brings a long and distinguished record of public service to Central Florida, having worked over the years on behalf of various local arts and nonprofit institutions. Currently, he is affiliated with The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra and a community initiative “Stand Up to Bullying,” which supports thousands of Central Floridian middle school students each year.

Lou is the recipient of several major awards and recognitions. He is the recipient of the “Vision Award” for Innovation conferred by the Mayor of Orlando. He has been recognized as a person “making a difference” in Central Florida by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
