Linda Winter
Sales Associate
"The perfect home matches your lifestyle, and I’m your matchmaker. Tell me what you want, and I’ll find it."
An Orlando native who specializes in waterfront properties, Linda Winter is a supportive realtor and fierce advocate who brings a steady, human-centered approach to the often-tumultuous ride of buying and selling a home. She has witnessed first-hand the incredible growth of Central Florida and is excited about the region’s real estate opportunities.
Linda graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. Soon after college, Linda’s love of homes blossomed when she purchased her first property, but her passion for real estate peaked when she and her Naval Aviator husband moved four times in less than four years. Having experienced multiple relocations, she personally knows the excitement and joy of buying and selling home, but also understands the uncertainty, anxiety, and pressure that comes with it. She has learned the importance of bringing a calm presence into stressful or unexpected moments and how to effectively communicate in the midst of them. Her thoughtful demeanor and ability to sift through all the details ensures her clients are informed and supported every step of the way.
Linda is also a savvy match maker. Outside of real estate, she is a Senior Technical Recruiter, where she helps match computer programmers with careers at various government agencies and companies. She has a unique ability to find individuals exactly what they need—a skill that proves invaluable in real estate. Taking the time to get to know you on a personal level, Linda can help you find the neighborhood that best fits your lifestyle, an on-budget home with all the features and amenities you desire, or the perfect buyer for your selling price point. Resourceful, organized, and a persistent negotiator, Linda will get things done and make your dreams a reality.
When Linda’s not scouring recent home listings, or booking showings for her clients, she can be found spending time at her Orlando lakefront home, where she enjoys boating and various water sports. For Linda, Orlando’s lakes are second-to-none, and she loves living the “lake life”. As a volunteer with the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agriculture Sciences LAKEWATCH program, she has intimate knowledge of the Central Florida lake system, able to educate her clients on the sizes, water quality, ski-ability, clarity, and depths of each lake. She and her husband also enjoy running, working in the yard, and playing tennis. In fact, Linda attended Boone High School in Orlando, where she played varsity tennis for four years.
