"You have to be odd to be number one."
Kristi Nowell is a true testament to just how much hard work and dedication pays off. Joining the Kelly Price & Company team in 2014, Kristi began her real estate career mentoring under Broker/Owner Kelly L. Price. Working around the clock and volunteering for open houses every chance she got, it didn’t take long for Kristi to realize she had found her calling.
Always one to put others before herself, and blessed with a natural talent for making people feel encouraged and supported, Kristi’s passion for helping those around her developed into her ability to help clients navigate through the often tricky process of buying and selling real estate. Desiring a specialty where she could see the most impact in the lives of the people she works with, Kristi works closely with first-time home buyers. Beginning with buyer’s education through the lending process, all the way to the closing table, Kristi educates and leads her customers every step of the way, and is always available to answer any questions they may have.
Earning an “Excellence in Professionalism” Gold Key Certification from the Board of Realtors, Kristi is well-versed in assessing risk management, adapting to changing standards, and executing transactions. Her high level of proficiency in contract negotiations and marketing strategies helps her achieve top-value for her client’s homes and fewer days on market.
A 7th generation Texan, originally from Houston, Texas, Kristi attended the prestigious Boston Conservatory at Berklee and our own Rollins College where she pursued a degree in Psychology. A southern girl at heart, and a true debutant, Kristi is active in the Winter Park/Maitland community. A member of All Saints Episcopal Church, where she teaches Sunday School and works with the children’s choir, Kristi also lends a hand to the Episcopal Diocese of Central Florida, assisting them with organizing large-scale events.
