Grant has called Central Florida home for nearly two decades. He attended Apopka High School and obtained his associate’s degree from Seminole State College, where he is currently working on his bachelor’s. His knowledge of the greater Orlando area enables him to guide and educate his clients in the nuances of each neighborhood. He studies the real estate market daily, staying on top of trends to inform his clients of emerging opportunities and offer the best advice possible.

A unique talent that Grant possesses is his mechanical skill and handiness. He worked for an HVAC company and has assisted with several remodels over the years. His firsthand knowledge about heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems gives him a leg up in the industry. This added skill as an agent is especially advantageous when working with individuals looking for investment properties or fixer-uppers.

Grant’s technical training and remodeling experience created a natural segue into real estate. Prior to obtaining his real estate license, he served as an intern at Kelly Price & Company, where he worked with some of the top producing agents in Central Florida. He learned from the best that the client always comes first. With refreshing enthusiasm and spirited determination, Grant will work nonstop to make your real estate goals become a reality.

When Grant is not immersed in all things real estate, he is spending time with friends and family, playing golf, watching his favorite sports teams, which are the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins, Boston Red Sox, and the Celtics, and going to the gym and beach. He is a car enthusiast, belonging to a local car club, and enjoys working on and modifying his own car. He also enjoys studying stocks, staying up-to-date on market trends, and investing and growing his portfolio.
