A long-time resident of Winter Park, Dee is an expert in Central Florida real estate. Dee holds advanced designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). It comes as no surprise that the majority of Dee’s business comes from repeat clients and referrals. She prides herself on her ability to listen to and understand her clients’ needs, wishes, and budgets. She is patient, a natural problem-solver, and a teacher at heart. In fact, prior to real estate, Dee obtained her Master of Education from the University of Central Florida and taught first and second grade at Dover Shores and Dommerich Elementary. Dee takes the time to educate her clients on options and opportunities, and she provides attentive, hands-on support every step of the way.

In addition to real estate, Dee is an active member of the Winter Park community. She is a passionate advocate for local children. She is the co-founder of the “Dress the Dream” project at Winter Park High School; she has served as the past Booster President of the Winter Park High School Orchestra; and she created a Secret Santa project to provide food and clothing to children in need at Little River Elementary, the local YMCA, and the West Winter Park Community Center. For her service, Dee was honored with a lifetime volunteer award from Winter Park High School.

Dee has a fondness for Winter Park and is proud to call it home. It is where she and her husband Paul raised their two daughters and enjoy many events. She is a member of the Winter Park Garden Club and a patron of the arts. She and her husband regularly attend plays at the Orlando Shakes Theatre, Rollins College Annie Russell Theatre, and local art events, such as The Winter Park Art Festival.
