Prior to receiving his real estate license in February 2019, Cody owned and operated a Web Development Company called “Cool Nerds Coding.” His company specialized in building websites that combined imagery and technology to help individuals and businesses connect directly with communities and customers. Cody uses this digital engagement experience to the benefit of buyer, seller, and agent. Whether it’s up-to-date information, remote property showing, or expanded online reach, Cody provides clients with the technology and digital tools they need to better enjoy and succeed throughout the entire transaction process.

Although early in his real estate career, Cody is a native, second-generation Central Florida realtor. His father has been a local real estate agent within the Orlando community for numerous years. Cody has been able to observe and learn from his father’s success and shares his father’s integrity and dedication. He is committed to the happiness of his clients and he wants to go the extra mile to ensure everyone in the decision-making process is informed. He also provides a wealth of insider knowledge about Central Florida’s unique neighborhoods and suburbs. Cody was born and raised in Central Florida and graduated from Bishop Moore Catholic High School.
