Caroline has called Central Florida home for more than 21 years and currently resides in College Park with her husband and three young children. Although originally from South Carolina, Florida has long been home, and her deep appreciation for the Central Florida lifestyle gives her a strong understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, and unique qualities that make the area so special. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Health Service Administration, Caroline has built her career around helping others and creating positive outcomes.

Prior to transitioning into real estate, Caroline spent 10 years in the medical device industry, working closely with surgeons throughout Central Florida to improve patients’ quality of life through medical device implants. Her experience as a clinician sharpened her communication skills, strengthened her ability to solve problems under pressure, and reinforced the importance of trust, precision, and advocacy. Her professional background also taught her how to listen carefully, anticipate needs, and guide people through important decisions with empathy and confidence.

In addition to real estate, Caroline works part-time as a Development Associate at her children’s school and volunteers regularly through her church community. She is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys staying active, and loves spending time outdoors with family and friends, especially at Florida’s beautiful beaches. With a natural ability to connect with people and a sincere desire to help others achieve their goals, Caroline is committed to making every real estate experience seamless, exciting, and deeply personal.
