An Atlanta native, Caroline grew up in Georgia. She attended Georgia Southern University and earned a degree in hospitality management and business administration. Prior to her career in real estate, Caroline worked in the hospitality industry for several years, gaining valuable experience in customer service and negotiation. In 2005, Caroline moved to Florida and became an infant swimming survival instructor, which she continues to do alongside real estate.

Through her various career roles, Caroline has developed a talent for effective communication. She sets herself apart by building strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication for all parties involved.
