"I have an eye for perfection. My background in fashion and design helps me pair each client with their perfect accessory; a place to call home."

An enthusiastic and dynamic member of Jenni Sloan’s team, Rhonda Larabee serves as business director, sales associate, and lead designer. Rhonda is recognized for her incredible skill in design and creative styling, applying her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to efficient project management to ensure every transaction is seamlessly successful.

As a longtime Florida resident, Rhonda was born in Chicago, but raised in Daytona Beach. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Design in Merchandising from the American College for the Applied Arts before moving to Winter Park, where she has remained ever since. Rhonda has exceptional technical and aesthetic expertise with years of experience in the textile, fashion and design industry. She was the Owner and Buyer of Ellie, an upscale women’s boutique on Park Avenue, and she served as the Owner and Buyer of Smiling Button, a domestically-made, online children’s playtime dress company that was sold in 2014.

Her passion for style and fashion was integral in her transition to the home design industry. Working alongside the design team at Bledsoe & Bledsoe, Rhonda honed her ability to not only conceptualize designs, but expertly implement them through economical and artistic manner. Now, as a sales associate and lead designer and stager for Larabee & Sloan, Rhonda has the experience and vision to bring the entire buying and selling process together. She understands the nuances of staging homes, transforming spaces, and envisioning the big picture and long-term goals of her clients. Rhonda has the unique talent to not only enhance design aesthetic and appeal, but works alongside Jenni to establish an open relationship with each client. From staging art directions, to photography, to personally meeting with every buyer to highlight the best features of each property, Rhonda and Jenni deliver one-of-a-kind concierge services to make certain every client’s envisioned dream is fulfilled.

Rhonda and her husband Scott have been married 19 years, and have two daughters, Maddi who attends the University of Colorado, Boulder and Bennett, who attends Winter Park High School. Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family, running with the family dog, boating, and volunteering in her community with organizations such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Foundation for Foster Children, Family Friends and Chicken Soup mission, and the Winnie Palmer and Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital. Rhonda is also a member of the University of Central Florida’s Flying Horse, a nonprofit collaborative research studio for the visual arts that publishes limited-edition prints, pieces, and books from internationally-renowned artists.

With her natural gift for design artistry and passion for helping people achieve their aspirations, Rhonda joined Jenni’s team and the rest was history—a creative, powerful and dynamic relationship was born.
