"My goal is to excite and educate, all with a unique flair!"
Mackenzie Cox is Kelly Price & Company’s resident creative powerhouse. Much like joining pieces of a puzzle to create a unified, captivating visual, Mackenzie enjoys creating cohesive and compelling marketing materials.
A native Virginian, Mackenzie moved to the Sunshine State after earning her BA in English from Covenant College in Georgia. During her undergraduate years, Mackenzie honed her literary craft, focusing her studies on creative writing and becoming heavily involved with the university’s annual publication, The Bagpipe. She began as a contributing writer, chasing the perfect story, but soon climbed the editorial ranks, becoming a news editor and eventually the editor-in-chief.
Outside of school, Mackenzie worked as a copywriter for a healthcare technology services company, and more recently, as an office administrator for a financial firm. Today in her role as marketing coordinator, Mackenzie combines her academic studies, professional experiences, and natural talent for leadership and creative concepting. She excels at crafting exciting and educating pieces, and she applies dedication to detail to every task on hand. Thorough, transparent, and easy to work alongside, Mackenzie brings a refreshingly straightforward perspective to print, digital and social marketing.
When not writing and designing, you can find Mackenzie behind the camera, pursuing wedding and lifestyle photography, as well as playing piano and playing tennis with her husband, a certified tennis pro. She also loves traveling the world with her husband—a passion she developed at a young age when her family moved to Naples, Italy for three years. During this time, she and her family took full advantage of living overseas, visiting and exploring neighboring countries, such as Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, and England. Later, in college, Mackenzie returned to Europe and taught conversational English in Poland.
