Kelly Price is not only the driving force and name on the door of one of Central Florida’s most dynamic and recognized real estate companies, she also is one of the area’s premier real estate sales professionals—and has been now for many years. Over the past nine years (2002-2010), Kelly ranked among the top 50 Realtors in Central Florida and was recognized by Orlando Magazine’s Hot 100 for her sales production, setting a perfect example for her sales associates to follow.
Kelly launched her impressive real estate career in 1989 with an established Winter Park real estate firm and over the next 12 years was one of the firm’s top performers. In 2002 she was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and started Kelly Price & Company - building the company on a solid footing of integrity, loyalty and unwavering enthusiasm, which continues to serve as the company’s mantra. Starting with just herself and two other associates, Kelly Price & Company has grown to more than 30 sales agents and over the past nine years it has posted more than $900 million in property sales.
Although known and respected for her real estate prowess, Kelly was also a successful executive in the children’s industry, serving three years with toy manufacturing giant, Hasbro as Sales Representative for the company’s Southeast operation. A family crisis, however, forced Kelly to leave Hasbro and return home to Winter Park in 1989 to help care for her father who was stricken with cancer and passed away the following year. That tragedy, however, opened the door to what would soon be a new and exciting chapter in Kelly’s life.
Kelly has deep roots and family ties to the Winter Park community. She was born in Winter Park, went to school at Winter Park High and received her MBA at Rollins College. She still has family in the tight-knit little community. Actually, two families. There’s her personal family and her ever-growing family at Kelly Price & Company which seems to get bigger each and every year.
