"Just as it is the details that define the style and stature of a home, it is that same attention to detail and design that makes an exceptional agent."
Chenenne is very familiar with Central Florida. She grew up in the Dr. Phillips area, and has lived in Windermere for several years with her husband and three young children. Not only is Chenenne able to provide valuable information about local schools and zoning, she is “in-the-know” regarding community sport clubs, events, and organizations from Windermere to Winter Park. An active member of both communities, Chenenne serves as a board member of Support Our Scholars, a non-profit based in Winter Park that provides funding and mentorship to local students while staying true to her Windermere roots as a proud supporter of the local little league.
Chenenne’s fashion background differentiates her from other agents. Prior to real estate, Chenenne worked in the fashion and retail industry for over 15 years. Her experience in the fashion industry has taken her across the world, exposed her to high-fashion shows, and awakened her innate talent of connecting with multiple people from diverse backgrounds. In her most recent role, she served as divisional merchandise manager of Juicy Couture in New York City, but she has also worked for other notable companies, such as Henri Bendel, The Walt Disney Company, and The Gap, Inc. Through these positions, Chenenne has developed a unique ability to envision design concepts, introduce attractive color schemes, and create compelling market strategies that are both customized and unique.
Whether you are looking to sell or buy, Chenenne helps you imagine the possibilities of the property by identifying with your individual needs. She can offer advice on how to tailor the home to fit your lifestyle or she can provide suggestions on how to enhance spaces for heightened market appeal and functionality.
