JR has a lifelong connection to Central Florida and the coastal communities that define its lifestyle. After spending years in the area throughout his childhood and attending Stetson University during his college years, he returned full-time in 2022 and now specializes in Winter Park, Baldwin Park, New Smyrna Beach, and surrounding waterfront and intercoastal communities. Coming from a family with decades of experience owning beachfront properties and rental homes, JR developed firsthand knowledge of investment properties, remodeling projects, and luxury homeownership from an early age.
Before transitioning into real estate, JR built a successful 25-year career spanning luxury hospitality, enterprise technology, public relations, and cybersecurity sales. He began his professional journey in high-end hospitality, serving as a Corporate Trainer for Ruth's Chris Steak House and working with upscale restaurants and elite clientele throughout the Washington D.C. area. He later transitioned into enterprise technology and strategic sales roles with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and globally recognized organizations. His extensive background in marketing, brand storytelling, digital strategy, and high-level negotiations now gives his real estate clients a distinct competitive advantage, particularly when marketing luxury listings and navigating complex transactions.
Outside of real estate, JR enjoys spending time with his wife, Trinh, and daughter, Joss, and staying active in the Baldwin Park and Winter Park communities. From local art festivals and live music to volunteering and enjoying the Florida lifestyle outdoors, JR is passionate about helping clients feel connected not just to a home, but to the community and lifestyle surrounding it.
