Over that ten year period she has closed nearly $300 million in property sales, including a personal record $30 million in 2005, $27 million in 2010, and $31 million in 2014. Pamela has been the No. 1 agent at Kelly Price & Company for eleven of the past thirteen years.
In March 2008, Pamela was on the listing side of a $5 million lakefront sale in Maitland, one of the largest residential sales recorded in the city’s history. Incidentally, she had sold that same home to the seller three years prior.
Pamela not only scores high marks in sales production, she excels in customer satisfaction, as well, earning the prestigious Five Star rating in Overall Client Satisfaction in 2007 - 2015 by Orlando Homebuyer Magazine. That’s a winning perfecta no matter how you look at it.

After receiving her real estate license in 1979, Pamela joined Kelly Price & Company in November 2002 after an 11-year hiatus to raise a family. Before her personal leave, Pamela was Sales & Marketing Manager for five years (1986-1991) for Del American Properties—a real estate developer that built condominium communities in the Metro Orlando, New Smyrna Beach and Atlanta markets. She also was with Sanlando Realty and 100 Percent Real Estate.
