Marty began working in the real estate industry five years ago, when he became a Licensed Business Broker, where he helped clients buy or sell businesses and develop business valuations. Before working in real estate, Marty owned and operated a gourmet specialty tea distribution business for eleven years. During that time, he increased his customer base to over 500 businesses, ranging from theme parks to neighborhood restaurants. Marty is also a classically trained musician– he studied at the prestigious Manhattan School of Music, and went on to play tuba professionally, working as a freelance artist in New York City.
Marty has deep ties within the community. Over the past sixteen years, he has formed and maintained relationships with a variety of businesses and people from his connections over the years. Along with his past experience as a Licensed Business Broker, Marty places emphasis on thorough research and his customer service skills to ensure his clients find the home of their dreams.
Marty has owned a home in Maitland with his wife, Robin, for over fifteen years. He has been an avid runner for over thirty years, participating in numerous marathons, including the Boston Marathon and Los Angeles Marathon. Being a runner allows Marty to focus on the finish line not only in a race, but also for his clients.
Marty specializes in Winter Park, Maitland and Lake Mary. He routinely volunteers with the American Red Cross, Adult Literacy League, and the Jewish Federation Food Bank. “We are so excited that Marty has joined the Kelly Price & Company team,” says broker and owner, Kelly Price. “His breadth of experience and familiarity with the area is a valuable resource.”
