Audra was the first sales associate to join the Kelly Price & Company team in August 2002. With over 14 years of experience, her achievements in real estate have generated over $61 million in sales. She helped to build the success of the company and contributed to them climbing the charts to become one of the top real estate agencies in the area.
Audra's professional background has always been in sales. She began her career with Paychex before being recruited to open a payroll division for Zurich, called Zurich Payroll Solutions, and several years later her skill set lead her to lead a new PEO division at a local firm then known as Kuykendall Insurance Group. Soon after, Kelly Price met Audra and not only became her friend but also her Realtor. After selling her a home, Kelly recruited Audra to join her team that she was in the process of creating and take her previous sales experience and talents to the real estate industry.
Audra’s approach to any transaction is “…it’s about the people, not the agent.” She is extremely honest, devoted and hard working. Her exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals and repeat customer service have been the paradigm of her success. As a skilled negotiator, the experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become an issue makes her a closer. Passionate about her clients’ goals, she uses energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of all real estate transactions.
While real estate commands much of her attention these days, Audra still devotes a lot of time and energy to charitable and philanthropic causes, something she's done since she was 14 years old. She excels in helping develop successful events from inspiration to reality. She has served on the board for the Buoniconti Cure for Paralysis (started by Miami Dolphin Hall of Famer Nick Buoniconti) and was a founding Co-Chair for the annual ART of THE VINE fundraiser to benefit New Hope For Kids celebrating it’s 16th year. She is most proud of her involvement with the Florida Chapter of the Special Olympics, serving her tenth year as a charter member of the host committee of the annual fundraiser, Jack in the Park. The 10th Annual Jack in the Park raised more than $1,000,000 for Special Olympics Florida athletes this past year. Audra holds this fundraiser near and dear to her heart. She has an active role and contribution to the massive difference this event makes to Special Olympic athletes across the state of Florida.
Audra has received numerous awards for her dedication to this industry including the 5 Star Professional Award Winner— 2013, 2012 and 2011, Top Realtor at Kelly Price & Company — 2016, 2015, 2014, 2012 and 2011, and is also recognized in Orlando Magazines 2016 Hot 100 list of the premier Realtor’s in the Central Florida area. Audra’s top personal achievement however, is raising her 3 year old son, Hudson. Being a single mother can be a lofty job in itself; however, with the support of her friends, colleagues and clients she has been successful in juggling all aspects of her life and providing top of the line real estate services while doing so. Audra is a strong, powerful, dedicated woman who is always actively looking out for the people she cares for, especially her clients.
Audra, who is actively working towards her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Broker designations, specializes primarily in the Winter Park, College Park, Maitland and Altamonte Springs markets and wherever a referral takes her.
"Audra is one truly talented individual who would be successful in anything she pursues" says Kelly Price. “We're delighted she selected real estate and Kelly Price & Company.”
